What is your name & current role?
Taylor Lyons: Founder of Giving Back Canada
Explain to the audience what it is that you do, or if it failed, what you did do?
I am currently the founder of a non profit in Ontario called Giving Back Canada. We surprise families less fortunate with free groceries, and document it for the donors to see. I am currently still working there, and have been asked to expand to the Vancouver and & Montreal areas. We are currently in the works to expand our network and to help more families in the country, and in the meantime are hosting local events to help our roster of families most in need :)
Since you last shared on Hardly Hustle, what have you been up to?
We have ran a couple charity soccer tournaments, and food drives to help families get on their feet. We have also are in the works to expand into other parts of Ontario and Canada.

Has your work-life balance gotten better or worse, and why?
Yes, it has gotten better. i have brought on more volunteers to help me while we expand it.
What’s one thing you’re bullish on or think is a good idea?
To always get help, and use hands when it is offered. you cant go far alone.
What is one business tool or resource you can’t live without?
Calendly, Zoom, invoice 2 go, Wix, SEO ads!
What is one "life hack" or one tool in your life, personal or professional, that has made a large impact?
Give more, and good will come to you. do something with purpose, that you're passionate about, don't let it be driven by money.
