Jordan Glickman: 2024 Update

The goal of Hardly Hustle is to provide inspiration, drive and motivation in a 10 minute read or less. What you see is what you get. This is hot off the press without an editing team.

Jordan Glickman is up. And...

In case you missed his story in 2021, you may want to start here first.

Jordan Glickman

What is your name & current role?

Jordan Glickman, Founder & CEO of Impremis Marketing and Co-Founder of Bare Pets.

Explain to the audience what it is that you do, or if it failed, what you did do?

I started an agency in 2018 and given the little bit of success we have had, we have now launched our first eCommerce pet brand underneath what we plan to be an umbrella of eCommerce brands operated by the agency.

Since you last shared on Hardly Hustle, what have you been up to?

We've experienced YoY growth since my last feature. Our biggest paint point along the way was finding new but also the right leaders for our business. Moreover, we have officially launched our first eCommerce brand, built and launched by our agency, Barepets.com.

Since your last story, any responses you’d tweak or add to?

We now have 20 full time staff We are looking for people that are in the pet space globally to connect and network with.

What have you automated or thought about automating in your day to day to make life easier?

We have automated our talent acquisition which used to take 15+ hours a week of my time. This now takes 2-3. We get thousands of leads a month and hire about .01% per month.

What hire has made the most impact for you?

My client success manager. This has lifted the largest weight off my shoulders and allowed me to really be able to focus on growing the business instead of working in it's day to day needs.

Has your work-life balance gotten better or worse, and why?

Its been a roller coaster. Its worse at times given we have a bigger team so there are phases that require much more of my time but it also allowed me to take for instance a 2 week trip where I actively worked 2 hours a day to help support the team on direct needs.

What’s one thing you’re bullish on or think is a good idea?

eCommerce brands in Asia and Leveraging AI to supercharge our marketing powers.

What is one business tool or resource you can’t live without?

Shift - it helps me run multiple applications at a time from one window.

What is one "life hack" or one tool in your life, personal or professional, that has made a large impact?

Get into golf. Its low impact on your body, you'll find it's very similar to business and you can tell a lot about how someone play's golf as a reflection as to how they will do business.
