Who are you and what do you do?
I am Ashutosh Tiwari Co-founder & Chief Product Officer at Laservision AI. Based in the US, Laservision AI is transforming enterprise operations with customers across the US, Middle East, and India. Our flagship product, Joboffers, reduces hiring time by 50% through AI-driven talent screening, helping businesses streamline recruitment. From HR to logistics, we’re empowering enterprises to boost efficiency and stay ahead in global AI race.
What did it take/how did you get started?
I’m a huge Iron Man fan, and I’ve always been amazed at how effortlessly he juggles work and personal life. That got me thinking about creating my own Jarvis-like system that can handle any kind of data. I really believe that building something like this could change how we interact with technology! To get started, I had to do a bit of soul-searching and planning.
I realized my passion for AI and natural language processing (NLP), so I dove into learning about them through online courses and hands-on projects. Just like Tony Stark throws himself into his inventions, I’ve been digging deep into machine learning and data integration. A big part of the project is the NLP side of things. I want the system to really understand what users are asking and respond in a way that feels natural. It’s all about making the AI conversational and engaging, kind of like how Jarvis interacts with Tony.
At the end of the day, it’s all about mixing passion, learning, collaboration, and resilience to make this vision a reality. Just like Iron Man, I want to innovate and make an impact, finding that sweet spot between tech and human interaction.
What does the future look like for you and your business?
The future for me and my business is focused on growth and innovation. I see our Jarvis-like system becoming a valuable tool in various industries, helping users streamline their workflows and enhance productivity. It’s an exciting journey, and I’m ready to make a real impact!
What drives / motivates you on a daily basis?
What drives me is the Iron Man attitude—pushing beyond possibilities and never settling for less. I'm committed to that vision and won’t stop until we reach AGI. Let’s make it happen!
What advice would you give someone interested in doing what you do?
AI is the future, but that doesn’t mean you should neglect the foundation. Remember, all great innovators build on solid ground and embrace experimentation, even if it means failing along the way. It took me five years to find my true passion, so don’t rush the process. Entrepreneurship isn’t easy—it’s like draining your blood and refilling it drop by drop. Make this decision thoughtfully, and be ready for the challenges ahead!
What has been the hardest part of your business journey?
The hardest part of starting my business has been navigating uncertainty and overcoming self-doubt. Building something from scratch often involves moments of frustration and second-guessing your vision. Finding the right balance between dreaming big and managing practical challenges has been tough.
There were times when progress felt slow, and it was challenging to maintain motivation. But every obstacle taught me valuable lessons, and those experiences have ultimately made me more resilient and focused on my goals. It’s all part of the journey!
How have you managed burnout thus far?
I manage burnout by diving into meditation and spirituality whenever I can. I take breaks to reconnect with myself and gain some perspective. It’s all about finding that balance and looking beyond the grind, it really helps recharge my energy and keep me grounded!
What are a few resources that you'd recommend?
I believe the best resources for aspiring entrepreneurs are Y Combinator’s materials—they’re packed with valuable insights. For books, I recommend "Zero to One" by Peter Thiel, "The Art of Sales" by Philip Kotler, and "Blitzscaling" by Reid Hoffman. I also find "Thinking, Fast and Slow" by Daniel Kahneman really insightful.
As for websites, check out Y Combinator’s Startup School for free resources and guidance, Harvard Business Review for articles on management and innovation, and Investopedia for financial education. I’m not a huge podcast fan, but if you’re into them, definitely look for podcasts focused on sales and investing. If you need any help, I’m just one email away! Everyone has their own style, so it’s important to find what resonates with you and keeps you inspired!
