Who are you and what do you do?

I'm Daniela and have a million jobs. Namely, I work as a project manager at a global travel tech company, go to grad school for my MBA and MSDS, and also run an Airbnb business on the side.

What did it take/how did you get started?

It took my passion for real estate and my inability to purchase in the Seattle area due to the high prices that allowed me to finally go for buying in Wilmington, Delaware.

What does the future look like for you and your business?

I'm hoping to expand into my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA this year and buy more properties throughout PA and DE.

What drives / motivates you on a daily basis?

My passion for this business and my growth mindset always challenge me to seek and want more from life.

What advice would you give someone interested in doing what you do?

Don't let someone telling you no stop you from pursuing your dreams and goals.

What has been the hardest part of your business journey?

Getting started and the nerves that brings.

How have you managed burnout thus far?

I try to keep a schedule everyday and stop working when I start experiencing symptoms of burnout.
