Who are you and what do you do?

My name is Danielle Silver and I am the Founder behind Sophie’s Organics. No more guessing what's in your baby's food. We keep it simple, clean, and full of good stuff, using a gentler process that preserves natural nutrients without additives or harsh heat. Because feeding your baby should be easy, and you should feel great about every bite they take.

What did it take/how did you get started?

Finding accessible and healthy baby/ toddler food options on the go is hard but also the way pouches are manufactured that are shelf stable are gross! We are changing the way kids eat shelf stable pouches. As a busy working mom with a degree in nutrition, I was determined to find a shelf-stable pouch that was free from additives yet still delicious. I wanted more than just an organic snack for my daughter—I wanted something packed with essential vitamins and minerals to support her growing body. When I couldn’t find the perfect option, I created Sophie’s Organics—a brand designed to nourish little ones while giving parents peace of mind. My mission is simple: to fuel growing taste buds with wholesome, nutrient-rich goodness on-the-go!

What does the future look like for you and your business?

Scale, growth and partnerships.

What drives / motivates you on a daily basis?

My daughter Sophie.

What advice would you give someone interested in doing what you do?

Make sure you have a lot of motivation and thick skin.

What has been the hardest part of your business journey?

Funding. Proving a concept and trying to get financial backing from outside investors is a wild card.

How have you managed burnout thus far?

Still working on it.
