Great, Hardly Hustle just arrived in your inbox.

The goal of Hardly Hustle is to provide inspiration, drive and motivation in a 10 minute read or less. What you see is what you get. This is hot off the press without an editing team.

There are over 300 million pairs of shoes being thrown out every year equating to 30-40 tons of waste in our landfills. My mission is to shrink that number one pair at a time.

Jaiden Houston is up.

What did it take/how did you get started?

There are over 300 million pairs of shoes being thrown out every year equating to 30-40 tons of waste in our landfills. My mission is to shrink that number one pair at a time.

At the same time I always had a niche for sneakers & fashion I wanted to keep my sneakers looking fresh as long as possible. Our services also helps out our local communities to give people another chance to wear their long lost sneakers.

What does the future look like for you and your business?
We are planning to fully automate our services at kiosks all over the world powered by robotics and artificial intelligence.

What drives / motivates you on a daily basis?

Sounds cliche but what drives me is to be a role model for others, I want people to see me as a symbol that anything is possible no matter where you come from and your upbringing YOU can make things happen.

What advice would you give someone interested in doing what you do?

Practice your craft it’s always quality over quantity you want people to invest into you, so every task you get treat it like it’s your last.

What has been the hardest part of your business journey?

Finding consistency in customers and outreaching to real new customers in with a low budget.

How have you managed burnout thus far?
Greatly! Mental breaks are extremely important in anything you do, you have to give yourself a cool down time and look over the shoulder at how far you’ve came already.
