Who are you and what do you do?

My name is Kim Biddle and I am the Co-Founder of Clutch Affiliate.

What did it take/how did you get started?

Clutch Affiliate started as a side hustle aimed at educating brands about affiliate marketing. Many brands do not fully understand affiliate marketing or how to begin. Some become victims of other agencies, investing thousands of dollars without seeing results. In response to the generic, transactional approaches, we chose to make a change, leading to the birth of Clutch.

What does the future look like for you and your business?

Very bright, as affiliate marketing is here to stay and replace big ad spends with more creators and brands leaning more into affiliate arrangements.

What drives / motivates you on a daily basis?

Client success, once you see one client succeed, you want to duplicate this more and more. I'd also say cultivating solid relationships and providing as much value as possible to our clients.

What advice would you give someone interested in doing what you do?

Partner up, network, provide value and expect nothing in return, build your reputation through thought leadership, and place yourself in communities and opportunities to connect with your ideal clients, and you'll never sell a day in your life.

What has been the hardest part of your business journey?

Just starting it, I always wanted to, but it took a personal event to push me to say, It's now or it's never. In many ways, it saved my sanity and made me realize I will never work for anyone else but myself.

How have you managed burnout thus far?

Learning to say we don't have to work with every client, lifting weights and Pickleball. Pretty simple.

What are a few resources that you'd recommend?

Rich Roll podcast, Diary of a CEO Podcast, and The 369 Journal, learn to manifest, trust me on this.
